This machine is in a three-beam and four-pillar structure. It goes through computer-optimized design, its operation is easy, and it is economical and applicable. The control system of the hydraulic machine is the cartridge valve integrated system, with reliable movement, long service life and small hydraulic impact, reducing collecting lines and leaking points. The unique electrical control system works reliably and intuitively, and the repair is convenient. Two operating modes-adjustment (inching) and single (half-automatic) are set. This machine can achieve two forming techniques, namely constant stroke and constant pressure, and it has the pressure-keeping and time lag functions. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to technical needs.
Applications: This pressure machine series is applicable to stretch, bending, flanging, cold extrusion, punching and other processes of metal materials, as well as correction, press fitting, powder product, abrasive product, compression molding as well as compression molding of plastic products and insulation materials.
